Junior Operations Specialist in Customer Support (German)

About the role

Join a global Operations Team helping air passengers with delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights. As a Junior Operations Specialist you will support travelers using proprietary AI technology while developing your expertise in airline claims.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at every stage of the claim‑handling process, including assessing claims, answering queries and communicating via email, chat and social media.
• Apply legal knowledge, supported by company training, to advise and assist air travelers.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Experience working with targets (preferred).
• Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service.
• Strong satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to work in a shift system (24/7/365), either morning (8 AM‑4 PM) or evening (4 PM‑12 AM) shifts.
