About the role
Alcon is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in German to join its Warsaw team. You will help deliver a high‑quality, customer‑centric experience while collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Key responsibilities

- Maintain accuracy and consistency in daily tasks through strong attention to detail.

- Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
