Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join a global leader in digital customer experience as a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for Danish customers, delivering fast, empathetic support across phone, email, and chat while working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound Danish customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Manage complex or sensitive cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Escalate issues, support dispute resolution and process customer complaints.
• Accurately document all interactions and keep system data up‑to‑date.
• Identify vulnerable customers and refer them to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with teammates on process improvements and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and adapt to new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C1 or higher) and good English communication (minimum B2).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable navigating multiple digital systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Adaptable, resilient and proactive in a fast‑moving international setting.
• Team‑oriented and committed to delivering results.
