Junior Customer Service Consultant – French & English

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Consultant fluent in French and English to join our team in Warsaw. You will handle inquiries and requests from hotels and partners, ensuring smooth operation of our online booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent telephone and email customer service.
• Provide first‑line support for hotel‑related issues, aiming to resolve problems efficiently.
• Handle payment‑related queries and issues.
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum B2) and English (B1‑B2).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Reliable team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work daily shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of the travel sector or reservation systems is a strong asset.
