IT Support Analyst

About the role

Join the Tech Hub of StepStone Group in Warsaw as an IT Support Analyst. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support to ensure smooth operation of our regional offices and conference rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support via portal, phone, and chat, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues on Windows and macOS, including Office 365 and soft‑phone systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain standard IT hardware and software, both onsite and remotely.
• Support AV systems in conference rooms and assist regional offices, with occasional domestic and international travel.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT Service Teams on third‑line escalations and contribute to technology deployment projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst with strong technical breadth.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, and ITIL.
