IT Lead / IT Manager

About the role

As the IT Manager of our fulfillment centre, you will support operations with reliable technical systems and a strong IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of six IT specialists and act as the main IT partner for local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the onsite IT team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Own and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure in the 145,000 m² warehouse.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance, IT services and projects according to Zalando standards.
• Build strong relationships with the international Warehouse IT team, site teams, partners and service providers.
• Drive continuous innovation by acting as a business consultant on local IT‑related projects.

Required profile

• Experienced IT leader with 3‑5 years in a similar role.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.

Required skills

• Experience managing IT support and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Google tools and project‑management software (nice‑to‑have).
