IT Administrator

About the role

SINGU is looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator to support its rapidly growing, multi‑site real‑estate platform. You will keep daily IT services running while leading consolidation projects such as tenant migrations and tool de‑duplication.

Key responsibilities

• Run the internal helpdesk, triage and resolve tickets within SLA and manage joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365, internal SaaS applications, and device lifecycles across Windows and macOS.
• Handle identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, conditional access and privileged account hygiene.
• Support office networking (Wi‑Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS) and AV equipment, including office moves.
• Deliver consolidation projects: merge M365 tenants, migrate mailboxes, retire legacy systems and build system integrations.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or equivalent and maintain runbooks and documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on internal IT, support or systems administration, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf or similar).
• Practical networking skills (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall rules) and a security‑first mindset.
