Infrastructure Security Team Lead

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking an Infrastructure Security Team Lead to head its Infrastructure Security team within a high‑load international iGaming environment. The role combines leadership with deep technical guidance to shape security strategy across cloud and platform domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team, ensuring clear ownership and strong execution.
• Define and drive the security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Prioritize initiatives based on risk, business impact, engineering capacity, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, privileged access management, remote access, and vulnerability management.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to integrate security early and improve execution.
• Communicate infrastructure security risks, priorities, trade‑offs, and progress to technical teams and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leading technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Platform Security.
• Proven ability to translate security goals into roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Leadership skills in coaching, delegation, feedback, and team development.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English and Russian language proficiency.
