Head of Infrastructure Security

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Security to lead a dedicated team protecting a high‑load international iGaming platform. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical guidance across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Infrastructure Security team, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Define and drive the security strategy, roadmap, standards and operating model for cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints and privileged access.
• Prioritise initiatives based on risk, business impact, engineering capacity and regulatory requirements.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritisation, remediation tracking and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Security teams to embed security early in development cycles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership of technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud or Platform Security.
• Proven ability to translate security goals into roadmaps, measurable outcomes and ownership models.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Upper‑intermediate English and Russian language proficiency.
