Human Resources Lead

About the role

Our client is a leading European distributor of premium surfaces and architectural materials, operating across multiple countries. As the Human Resources Lead you will own the full HR function for several markets, focusing on recruitment, onboarding and coordination of local HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle across all markets, from sourcing to retention.
• Design and implement a structured onboarding system ensuring smooth entry and probation completion.
• Plan and manage employee integration timelines, providing hands‑on support during adaptation.
• Coordinate local HR specialists in Ukraine, Poland and other European/Central Asian locations.
• Manage core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and employee development.
• Oversee HR documentation, reporting and compliance with local labour regulations.
• Identify and mitigate HR risks, handle conflict resolution and employment‑related legal matters.
• Develop internal communications and foster a cohesive team culture across geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong track record in recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience coordinating HR teams across multiple locations is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and modern talent sourcing methods.
• Structured, process‑oriented and able to build systems from scratch.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
• Higher education in HR, Psychology, Law or a related field.
