HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to partner with senior leadership and shape our people strategy. You will translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives, ensure compliance with Polish labour law, and support a hybrid, remote‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute HR strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Advise business leaders on people‑related risks, workforce planning and talent cost modelling.
• Conduct organisational health diagnostics and present recommendations to the executive team.
• Drive talent review, succession planning and development pathways.
• Lead organisational design during scaling phases, including role scoping and team restructuring.
• Design and run feedback processes such as 360° reviews and manager effectiveness surveys.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for employees, contractors and managers on HR matters.
• Handle complex employee‑relations cases, performance management and workforce changes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Polish labour regulations and monitor regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or manager in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong understanding of Polish labour law and B2B cooperation models.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Effective communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Polish labour legislation.
• Experience with talent review, succession planning and organisational design.
• Proficiency in HR policy development and implementation.
