Fraud Data Analyst – Real‑time Fraud Detection

About the role

Join LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Fraud Data Analyst, working with the world’s largest real‑time fraud detection platform. You will turn massive transaction data into actionable insights that reduce fraud losses and improve customer profitability for leading financial, insurance, e‑commerce and on‑demand service firms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth investigations of complex fraud cases, identify trends and recommend mitigation actions.
• Use SQL and Python to analyse billions of monthly transactions, tune detection policies and lower false‑positive rates.
• Write and implement rules in the ThreatMetrix® decision engine and deliver end‑to‑end recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive‑level reports that showcase the value delivered to each client.
• Present findings and recommendations to non‑technical senior stakeholders and collaborate with product, engineering and account teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis and fraud investigation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear business stories.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive and external audiences.
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional and client‑facing teams.
