Field Application Engineer IP&E (Remote)

About the role

Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, is hiring a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E for Poland. The role is remote and full-time, based on a permanent contract in a multicultural environment. It acts as a technical project manager and interface between customers, partner companies and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive demand creation by maximising Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships through technical initiatives and programmes.
• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology or customer solution.
• Expand business potential through targeted projects with strategic customers.
• Support the sales team with technical advice and consulting.
• Attend supplier training sessions in person and by conference call.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/experience.
• Knowledge of the Polish electronics market and experience as a technical point of contact.
• Polish and English; located in Poland.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and customer orientation.
