Elevator Maintenance Technician (k/m/nb)

About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will perform service, maintenance and repair tasks on passenger elevators and escalators in accordance with KONE service contracts, company policies and technical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all service activities as defined by service agreements and KONE processes.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on passenger elevators.
• Diagnose faults and execute corrective actions to resolve them.
• Conduct technical inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, providing professional advice and support.
• Collaborate with the service team and other departments to optimise service operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with occupational health and safety standards during all work.

Required profile

• UDT certification category I for close‑transport equipment (passenger elevators, escalators).
• SEP certification up to 1 kV.
• Technical education, preferably electrician or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and organise workload.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
