Customer Service Agent – Night Shift Call Center

About the role

SpotOn is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its Call Center team on the night shift. You will be the first point of contact for Polish‑speaking clients, handling inbound calls and providing real‑time assistance for both software and hardware issues. The role combines phone support with basic technical troubleshooting of POS systems and payment devices.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls during the night shift (22:00‑06:00) and resolve client issues in real time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to POS software, payment terminals, printers and other peripherals.
• Guide clients through setup, updates and everyday use of the SpotOn platform.
• Log all interactions in the CRM/ticketing system and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 with detailed documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes, product documentation and the knowledge base.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, call‑center or related roles.
• Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills, including phone support for native U.S. clients.
• Availability for night‑shift work and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Wi‑Fi, IP configuration and Bluetooth pairing.
• Use of CRM/ticketing systems for logging and escalation.
