Customer Service Advisor – Swedish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our airline support team in Warsaw. You will interact with travelers via phone and chat, providing accurate information and assistance throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries in Swedish.
• Advise customers on flights, fares, airline rules and online services.
• Assist with booking modifications, including dates, destinations and personal details.
• Process special service requests such as wheelchair assistance, pets or other needs.
• Manage cancellations and ticket refunds.
• Support ticket purchases and handle various payment methods.
• Help passengers experiencing travel difficulties.

Required profile

• Fluent Swedish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital platforms or CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfortable using web browsers and general computer applications.
