Customs Agent – Benelux Team (Tech Hub)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customs Agent to work in a dynamic international environment and support our Benelux team. The person will ensure compliance of customs operations with applicable regulations and support international logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations.
• Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions.
• Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures.
• Monitoring changes in customs regulations and advising on their application.
• Communicating with clients and suppliers on customs matters and resolving clearance‑related issues.
• Collaborating with the Customs team in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar customs role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in customs systems and ERP software.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑border team.
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Netherlands/Belgium occasionally.
