Customs Specialist with English and German

About the role

Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading independent customs services provider. You will work with experienced customs professionals and technology teams, gain exposure to international trade and complex supply chains, and contribute to services that have a real impact on global commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of electronic export declarations
• Preparation of electronic import declarations
• Preparation of additional documents (e.g., EUR.1, ATR, COO)
• Monitoring of customs procedures and deadlines
• Coordination with customers and carriers
• Processing of administrative procedures

Required profile

• +3 years of experience as a Customs Agent or similar
• Completed training in the commercial or forwarding sector
• Ideally experience in the export or import sector
• Confident knowledge of English, German and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, teamwork and reliability
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented way of working
