Customer Service Trainee – Italian (Early Careers)

About the role

Join Alcon’s Early Careers Program as a Customer Service Trainee, supporting global customer operations in Warsaw. You will gain hands‑on experience in order and invoice management while working with industry‑leading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities such as order processing, invoice handling and customer service tasks.
• Manage requests from shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject‑matter experts to develop professional skills.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and operational‑excellence projects.

Required profile

• Fully available student or recent graduate interested in customer operations.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong customer focus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in working with SAP and Salesforce systems.
