Creative Project Manager

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm owned by Marsh, is looking for a Creative Project Manager in Warsaw. You will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of creative campaigns and projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Brand: understand the brand's values, visual identity and tone of voice, and ensure all projects reflect them
• Process: develop and oversee efficient, scalable project workflows and keep improving them
• Project management: write detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables and resources, and monitor budgets and deadlines
• Production: oversee the delivery of creative outputs and work with team leads to solve production issues
• Creative competency: give input during development so outputs meet strategic goals and act as a bridge between creative and operational teams
• Innovation: adopt new tools and workflows, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and quality
• Communication: keep stakeholders regularly informed, gather feedback and mentor team members
• Ethics and compliance: ensure projects meet ethical standards, including intellectual property and legal compliance

Required profile

• Proven ability to define scopes, plan projects and manage timelines, budgets and resources
• Strong communication skills with clients, creative teams and senior stakeholders
• Able to prioritise multiple projects and stay accurate under tight deadlines
• Understanding of how to align creative deliverables with strategic objectives
• Problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements
