Brand Manager - Immunology

About the role

Novartis is looking for a Brand Manager for its Immunology portfolio, based in Warsaw, Poland. You will own the brand's success, turning global strategy into local initiatives that drive growth, innovation and patient outcomes. The role works cross-functionally, using data and insights to run campaigns, engage customers and ensure patients get the therapies they need. Relocation support is not offered.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end brand strategy, translating global direction into local plans
• Design and run omnichannel campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand performance
• Analyse market, customer and performance data to optimise strategy and tactics
• Lead collaboration across Sales, Medical and Value & Access teams
• Drive brand growth through forecasting, demand planning and budget management
• Build customer segmentation and targeted messaging aligned with commercialisation standards
• Ensure brand activities comply with Novartis policies and industry regulations

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences, marketing, business or a related field
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management or marketing roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, customers and the pharmaceutical market
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organisation with many stakeholders

What we offer

• Expected annual base salary in Poland of PLN 174,500 to 324,100
