Creative Project Coordinator

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm owned by Marsh, is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator in Warsaw. You will plan, resource and monitor creative projects, keeping workflows smooth, resources well allocated and deliverables aligned with project goals. Working hours are 7:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Brand: maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's values, visual identity and tone of voice
• Process: continuously champion and refine processes to streamline operations and improve project outcomes
• Project management: create detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables and required resources, and monitor adherence to objectives, budgets and timelines
• Production: collaborate with team leads to resolve production challenges and keep projects moving
• Resource management: support workflow management, match the right skillsets to projects, and manage utilization and capacity across studio teams
• Innovation and adaptability: adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Communication: keep stakeholders regularly informed and facilitate collaboration across teams
• Culture: foster a collaborative, inclusive culture, celebrate milestones and maintain team morale
• Ethics and compliance: ensure projects meet ethical standards, including intellectual property and legal compliance
• AI: use AI tools to optimise project planning, resource allocation and workflow efficiency

Required profile

• Proven ability to define scopes, create project plans and manage timelines, budgets and resources
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients, creative teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong prioritisation, multitasking and attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Ability to align creative deliverables with strategic objectives
• Problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements
