Client Service Representative (German-speaking) – Insurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Client Service Representative for its European Business Support Center (EBSC) team in Warsaw. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. EBSC handles policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support and more for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an administrative clerk, ideally also covering the technical insurance subject area
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurers
• Manage incoming emails in the CRM system and process quote requests
• Create contracts, policies and amendments, and manage invoicing and billing
• Take part in internal meetings, training sessions and industry conferences
• Handle electronics, photovoltaics, machinery and construction segments

Required profile

• Education in the insurance sector or comparable professional experience, ideally in technical insurance
• Fluent German and English (C1)
• Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
• Previous experience in insurance, a Shared Service Center or customer service is an advantage
