Business Process Improvement Analyst with European Languages

About the role

Medtronic is looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst for its Dispute Lab in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves working on process improvements based on data and feedback, identifying the root causes of disputes and presenting insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. Key responsibilities

• Work on process improvements based on data and feedback
• Identify and address the root causes of disputes
• Present insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with an outsourced partner and support performance management
• Identify automation potential and coordinate automation development
• Maintain QMS/KM documentation and take part in quality calibration activities

Required profile

• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Professional proficiency in English plus at least one of: French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish
• A "can do" attitude and adaptability to change
• Great team player

• Data analysis skills, able to draw and communicate conclusions
• Presentation and data storytelling skills

What we offer

• Salary range in Poland of 112,000 to 168,000 PLN
