Business Applications Specialist - SAP VIM & Digital Finance

About the role

Wavin Orbia's Building & Infrastructure business is looking for a Business Applications Specialist in Poznan to support users of key business applications such as SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa and ServiceNow, and to contribute to the growth of the Orbia Shared Service Center. About 60% of the work is application support and user assistance, and about 40% involves international projects and new functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Support users of key business applications and act as a trusted partner helping them get the most out of them
• Manage user access and application administration activities
• Participate in implementing new functionalities and global projects
• Coordinate testing and support user training
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to solve issues and improve processes
• Contribute to optimizing and standardizing business processes across the Orbia Group
• Support the ongoing growth and development of the Shared Service Center

Required profile

• Experience working with SAP
• Familiarity with SAP VIM or similar software used for invoice processing
• Experience in application support, business systems administration or application management
• Advanced English communication skills
• Understanding of finance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and communicate with international stakeholders
• Optional: e-invoicing knowledge, SAP Concur/Coupa/ServiceNow experience, Product Owner or project management experience, shared services experience, user training and testing delivery, advanced Excel
