AR Accountant with English

About the role

Orbia Advance Corporation, a global company with operations in 41 countries and more than 22,000 employees, is looking for an AR Accountant with English in Poznan. The role covers accounts receivable, credit management and related finance operations, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post bank statements and perform regular bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly
• Manage corporate credit card transactions and execute the factoring process
• Perform billing activities and monitor customer credit limits to support credit risk management
• Review and release blocked sales orders in line with company policies and credit procedures
• Prepare and analyse aging reports for EMEA entities to support cash collection and working capital management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and company procedures
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance to resolve customer account issues and improve processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AR function

Required profile

• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Finance Operations is an advantage
• Experience in an international or shared service environment is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Required skills

• Very good Excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is an advantage
