AP Accountant with English

About the role

Orbia Advance Corporation is looking for an AP Accountant fluent in English to join its Poznan office. The role covers processing accounting and financial data, handling supplier invoices and reconciling vendor accounts within a stable, full-time position in an international company.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting and financial data with accuracy and efficiency
• Administer, verify and post invoices in line with internal procedures
• Prepare and review payment proposals
• Handle vendor master data changes and perform phone confirmations for sensitive data
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments (accounting, technical) by phone and email
• Work with SAP and MDG systems in a professional business environment
• Reconcile vendor accounts, including monitoring and clearing GR/IR balances so that goods receipts and invoices match properly

Required profile

• Fluent Polish and English; an additional European language is a plus
• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
