Trainee / Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (Duomo)

About the role

Duomo, an app rooted in Christian values that helps people turn Scripture into daily habits, is looking for a motivated Trainee / Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join its marketing team in Warsaw. You will help scale the creator program on TikTok, working with US-based Christian creators and managing the full journey from first outreach to published video, while bringing fresh ideas for new content formats. Because the role involves US time zones, the working day starts at 12:00.

Key responsibilities

• Finding relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reaching out by email and DM
• Leading conversations with creators until a signed contract, answering questions, collecting account stats and closing deals
• Handing over clear briefs covering format, hook, sound and posting frequency
• Monitoring brief compliance and posting schedules, and tracking video performance
• Following TikTok trends and competitor content, and generating hypotheses for new creative formats

Required profile

• Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher, able to write to US creators naturally
• A native feel for TikTok: formats, sounds and hooks
• Clear, structured writing that turns an idea into a brief a creator understands at first reading
• Strong attention to detail across inboxes, trackers and deadlines
• Experience in SMM, PR, sales, customer support or similar communication-heavy roles is a plus
• Experience creating your own content on TikTok or Instagram is a plus

Required skills

• Confidence with Google Sheets and Notion to keep the creator pipeline organized
• TikTok content creation and management
