Trade Compliance Senior Analyst – Global Logistics

About the role

As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst in Global Logistics, you will ensure smooth and compliant movement of goods across air, ocean, ground, import and export channels. You will work with a diverse, innovative team and support the company’s international trade operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, correction, review, validation, indexing and dispatch of trade documents for all transport modes.
• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management.
• Act as a subject‑matter resource, providing operational guidance and troubleshooting across multiple workstreams.
• Deliver end‑to‑end support for trade compliance activities, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations or logistics.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system experience).
