EMEA Logistics Sourcing Analyst

About the role

As an EMEA Logistics Sourcing Analyst you will work with global teams to develop standardized RFP processes and own the analytical aspects of RFx for regional warehousing, distribution centers and all transportation modes.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with sourcing and transportation operations to create a unified RFP documentation process across EMEA.
• Manage analytical components of RFx for warehouse, DC, consolidation, de‑consolidation and all transport modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal, drayage, parcel, etc.).
• Develop and maintain sourcing platforms (Keelvar, Jagger, Coupa, Trimble, GEP) and build cost‑vs‑service scenarios.
• Provide market trend insights to sourcing managers and support negotiation strategies.
• Create KPI‑driven BI reports on supplier spend, price trends and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of transportation, logistics sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to influence decisions across EMEA.

Required skills

• RFx platforms: Keelvar, Jagger, Coupa, Trimble, GEP.
• Data analytics tools: Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Access.
• Logistics and procurement systems: AS400, Ship Angel, Infor Nexus, TMS, ERP, SAP, Blue Yonder, Oracle.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
