Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

This position sits within Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, and focuses on building influential relationships with customers, suppliers and partners to generate demand for Arrow products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical needs of complex or emerging prospects and match Arrow’s solutions to business requirements.
• Drive new opportunities and product selection within assigned accounts, leveraging technical resources as needed.
• Conduct regular visits to customer facilities, translate needs into Arrow requirements or business opportunities.
• Execute solution selling using knowledge of Arrow’s supply‑chain and design processes.

Required profile

• Higher degree, ideally in Engineering, with strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Innovative approach to business development and ability to justify new solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving and influencing skills.
• Professional, proactive, goal‑oriented mindset and business‑fluent English.
