System Architect – Enterprise SaaS Integration

About the role

As a member of Auditdata's Architecture Group, you will join a highly skilled engineering organization building enterprise‑grade solutions for audiology clinic chains worldwide. You will shape integrations, domain boundaries, system design, and platform evolution across our SaaS product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain integration strategy (REST, events, APIs, data feeds) and design standard integration patterns such as real‑time Event Hubs and on‑demand REST.
• Lead technical workshops with customers and partners, gather requirements and align integrations with domain boundaries, data contracts and security standards.
• Serve as technical consultant for assigned domains, shape domain models, define APIs and event contracts, and evaluate epics for architectural feasibility.
• Design and own a secure, performant, cost‑efficient multi‑tenancy model and contribute to long‑term platform vision.
• Participate in pre‑sales technical scoping, support troubleshooting of complex integrations and distributed system issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate architectural decisions to leadership and engineering teams.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture roles for enterprise SaaS.
• Fluent English and comfortable in customer‑facing technical discussions.
