Paid Internship – IT Help Desk Support (Fleet & LAN) (f/m)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support daily IT operations, focusing on fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling. This position offers hands‑on experience in a corporate IT environment and the chance to work closely with experienced specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Support the IT Help Desk in day‑to‑day operations.
• Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling.
• Provide LAN‑related support and basic network troubleshooting.
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision.
• Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues.
• Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment.

Required profile

• Current student in an IT‑related field, available at least 30 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/networking and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and interest in workplace IT support.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work under time pressure.
