About the role

The Advisors Research Center at Mastercard is a new capability that delivers high‑quality research support to global clients. As a Senior Research Analyst – Associate Managing Consultant you will help develop insights and recommendations that drive measurable value for customers across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch new research products and strategies for Mastercard’s Data & Services customers.
• Leverage Mastercard’s data assets and in‑house technology to produce strategic insights.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to combine traditional management consulting with data‑driven analysis.
• Support global clients, including retailers, airlines and other enterprises, in delivering actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of test‑and‑learn experiments and risk‑management services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in research, consulting or data‑driven analysis.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry and related market dynamics.
• Ability to work in an agile, globally distributed team.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
