Senior Payroll & HR Advisor – Polish Payroll

About the role

Join SD Worx Poland and make an impact in Payroll & HR. As a Senior Payroll & HR Advisor you will manage end‑to‑end payroll processes for Polish clients and support HR documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
• Prepare statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Partner with clients and support them with payroll and HR‑related queries.
• Participate in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
• Act as a payroll expert, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.

Required profile

• Solid experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing in Poland.
• Practical knowledge of enova365 payroll software.
• Strong understanding of Polish labour and payroll regulations.
• Very good Polish communication skills (C1).
• Good English communication skills (B1/B2).
• Customer‑focused mindset and experience working directly with clients.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative approach.
