Senior Email Marketing Specialist (B2B)

About the role

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end B2B email and lifecycle marketing strategy for the global iGaming market. You will design, build and optimise automated customer journeys that move prospects from lead generation to Sales Accepted Lead, driving pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise lifecycle journeys across the B2B funnel, including welcome, nurture, re‑engagement, event and sales enablement campaigns.
• Build segmentation models and lead‑scoring frameworks to improve personalisation and sales handoff.
• Launch targeted ABM email campaigns and automated nurture programmes around lead magnets, webinars and industry events.
• Manage HubSpot Enterprise, Customer.io, CRM integrations and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Own email deliverability, domain reputation, authentication and list hygiene.
• Measure campaign performance through pipeline reporting, A/B testing and lifecycle analytics while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B environments with long sales cycles.
• Russian language proficiency at B2 level or higher and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven ability to work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Performance teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot Enterprise and/or Customer.io.
• Experience with CRM integrations and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability, authentication, list hygiene and HTML/CSS email editing.
• Ability to build segmentation models, lead‑scoring systems and ABM email campaigns.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, A/B testing and lifecycle performance reporting.
• Familiarity with enrichment tools such as Clearbit, Apollo, Cognism or Breeze Intelligence.
