Senior Delivery Lead Manager – Modern Core Banking

About the role

Capco Poland is looking for a Poland-based candidate for a hybrid role as Senior Delivery Lead Manager, leading complex modern core banking transformation programs for financial services clients. The position combines delivery expertise with a strong understanding of modern core banking platforms, working with senior client stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and Capco colleagues to set up delivery structures, manage dependencies and risks and drive programs from mobilization through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modern core banking implementation and transformation programs, from mobilization and planning through implementation and transition.
• Establish program governance, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and controls, giving clear visibility of progress, risks and key decisions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, architecture, data, testing, migration, operations and third-party vendors.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, offering clear communication, constructive challenges and practical recommendations.
• Contribute to the growth of Capco's core banking capability by sharing delivery expertise, lessons learned and reusable approaches across client engagements.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading complex technology transformation programs in banking or financial services, with direct experience of modern core banking implementation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and coordinate workstreams, dependencies, vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong program leadership, governance, risk management and stakeholder management, with experience communicating with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with major core banking technology providers, implementation partners or platform ecosystems, and delivering modern or cloud-based core banking platforms in complex banking environments.
• Bonus points: consulting experience supporting Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions, and experience contributing to propositions, client opportunities or delivery capabilities.

• Core banking transformation, including platform implementation, integration, data migration, testing and transition.
• Banking architecture, APIs, integration patterns, data migration and technology modernization.

The process involves an HR interview, a technical interview with the Capco Engineering team, a client interview, followed by feedback and an offer. The role is hybrid (#LI-HYBRID).
