Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Capco Poland is looking for a Poland-based Senior Business Analyst for its Business Consulting practice. The role is hybrid and may require working from the office in Warsaw. You will partner with clients and internal Go-to-Market teams to identify business improvement opportunities and shape transformation initiatives, leading workshops, analysing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand objectives, current processes and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Gather, document and manage business requirements using structured documentation and analysis techniques.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories and delivery roadmaps.
• Present findings, recommendations and solution options to business stakeholders and project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with consulting, technology and delivery teams.
• Bonus points: experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries, Agile knowledge, digital transformation or operating model change experience, and certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or Agile Business Analyst.

• Business process analysis, process mapping and requirements elicitation.

• Bonus: BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
