Sales Executive Poland & Eastern Europe – Logistics SaaS

About the role

Trimble's Transporeon division is looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Polish market. As a "hunter" focused on net-new business, you will act as the engine of growth for Poland, managing the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions used by shippers and directly influencing net revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the Polish market to expand the global network.
• Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, using CRM-based forecasting to ensure fast deal velocity.
• Lead complex, price-to-value negotiations to meet ambitious annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets and protect contract value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience selling complex B2B solutions in SaaS, LogTech or logistics.
• Bilingual: native or C2 level Polish and fluent/proficient English.
• Demonstrated drive and motivation for acquiring net-new business.
• Bonus points for experience in large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organisational structures.
