About the role
The Program Management Specialist will support customer engagement initiatives within Mastercard’s Bezcenne Chwile loyalty program in Poland. This early‑career position works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants and internal Mastercard teams to enhance how customers experience the program and how partners achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and interest in the Bezcenne Chwile program.
- Contribute to the development of the program offer, including the rewards catalog.
- Generate ideas and take ownership of their implementation and coordination to boost program attractiveness, visibility and usage.
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams such as marketing and account management, as well as external agencies and business partners.
- Support clear and effective communication with issuers and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Communicative and comfortable working with clients and business partners.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Organized, curious and proactive.
- Enjoys creative thinking around customer engagement.
- Interest in loyalty programs, customer experience and/or marketing.
