Platform Success Specialist – GA4 & Tag Manager

About the role

Delve Deeper is looking for a Platform Success Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for its nonprofit clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and licensed clients to define strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks that ensure platform success.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Deliver training sessions and ad‑hoc online meetings for clients and internal teams.
• Manage support tickets, SLA fulfillment, and annual renewals for the GA4 portfolio.
• Create technical content tailored to client and team needs.
• Mentor interns and junior peers while documenting compliance with internal processes.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Technical understanding of GA4, GTM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
• Strong client‑facing verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives.
