Junior IT Supporter

About the role

As a (Junior) IT Supporter you will provide first‑line technical assistance to Coloplast employees worldwide, handling issues from remote tickets to on‑site support in Szczecin.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support via phone, e‑mail and request forms to global users.
• Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, user accounts and access management.
• Resolve incidents and service requests independently, including complex cases.
• Log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Participate in DD&IT initiatives such as testing, transitions, go‑lives and hyper‑care.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised DD&IT teams with complete information.
• Deliver on‑site assistance in the Szczecin office as part of the PitStop rotation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support or service desk, preferably in an international environment.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and workplace IT technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi‑Fi, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Willingness to work a two‑shift model (08:00–16:00 or 14/15:00–22/23:00 CET) Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• PowerShell or AutoHotkey scripting.
• Basic ITIL knowledge.
