Outbound & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

BlackBox Strategies is looking for a senior, execution‑first Outbound & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own outbound and lifecycle messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences. The role combines hands‑on campaign execution with strategic collaboration across email, CRM, SMS and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound prospect lists and enrichment workflows using Clay.
• Launch, manage and optimise cold email campaigns in Instantly, handling inbox health, deliverability and reply categorisation.
• Sync campaign outcomes and lifecycle stages into HubSpot.
• Design and execute segmented nurture, re‑engagement, abandoned inquiry and expansion email campaigns for B2B and B2C using HubSpot Marketing Hub or Mailchimp.
• Support compliant, high‑intent SMS use cases (e.g., follow‑ups, reminders) with platforms such as Twilio.
• Coordinate timing of email, SMS and social media messaging in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
• Share outbound insights to inform social and content strategy and partner with leadership on ICPs and testing priorities.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in outbound, lifecycle marketing or RevOps‑adjacent roles.
• Proven track record executing email and CRM campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation and channel trade‑offs.
• Clear written communication with a bias toward execution.
• Comfortable operating with high‑level direction in a fast‑moving environment.
