Key responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of the WINIARY digital ecosystem.
• Drive CRM, loyalty and first‑party data growth.
• Own website performance across SEO, SEM and emerging AI search environments.
• Build connected consumer journeys across website, social media and influencer channels.
• Partner with agencies and cross‑functional teams to deliver business results.
• Identify and implement innovative AI‑powered solutions across marketing.
• Grow WINIARY's visibility across search and AI‑powered discovery platforms.
• Accelerate consumer engagement through CRM and KLUB WINIARY.
• Turn traffic, engagement and data into measurable business value.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, media or digital ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on delivery.
• Data‑driven mindset and understanding of digital performance.
• Interest in AI, LLMs and emerging technologies.
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and English.
