Legal Shared Services Manager, Employment (EMEA)

About the role

This role oversees centralized legal administrative functions, optimizes workflows, implements legal technology such as intake and automation, and supports legal staff so they can deliver efficient support across business units in Europe. It operates out of the company's office in Poland and requires expertise in legal operations, process improvement and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the legal shared services team and ensure timely delivery of legal services to internal clients.
• Support the primary legal contact for employment matters in Europe, research and track complex and evolving labor laws and the regulatory landscape.
• Work with attorneys to draft templates, correspondence, reports and other legal memoranda.
• Develop and implement workflow automation and legal technology solutions for shared legal templates, investigation notes and reports.
• Help implement and track updates to company policies based on legal regulations and industry standards.
• Schedule and organize training for business units and build strong relationships with internal units as a liaison.
• Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate and improve service efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field; a legal or paralegal qualification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in employee relations, legal shared services or employment operations.
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-country employment issues and labor frameworks.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken; other languages highly preferred.
• Strong foundation in EMEA employment laws and works council structures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of legal processes, document management and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in legal technology such as Navex and Practical Law.
• Project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
