Legal Shared Services Manager, Employment (EMEA)

About the role

This position leads the centralized legal administrative function for employment matters across Europe, based in Arrow's office in Gdansk, Poland. The manager will optimise workflows, implement legal technology, and support legal staff to deliver efficient, high‑value services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the legal shared services team, ensuring timely delivery of services to internal clients.
• Support the primary legal contact for employment matters, researching and tracking complex labour laws across EMEA.
• Collaborate with attorneys to draft templates, correspondence, reports and other legal memoranda.
• Identify, develop and implement workflow automation and legal technology solutions (e.g., Navex, Practical Law).
• Support compliance and risk management by updating company policies based on legal regulations.
• Organise training for business units and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve service efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; legal/paralegal qualification preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in employee relations, legal shared services or employment operations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country employment issues within EMEA.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and works council structures.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms such as Navex and Practical Law.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow automation and KPI tracking.
