Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Aviva is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist for its Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw. The role helps shape a culture of continuous learning across the organisation by designing and delivering development initiatives, supporting leaders in building future-ready teams and creating engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning and development programmes
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and development activities for employees and managers
• Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability gaps and development priorities
• Build learning pathways, development frameworks and capability-building solutions
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and use insights to improve learning outcomes
• Support leadership development, talent and succession initiatives
• Manage relationships with external learning providers and facilitators
• Drive innovation in learning through digital solutions, modern methodologies and AI-enabled tools

Required profile

• Experience coordinating learning and development programmes
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions or development activities
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt learning approaches to different needs
• Fluent Polish, spoken and written
• Professional English at minimum B2 level

Required skills

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, coaching methodologies or psychometric frameworks is welcome
• Interest in innovation and experience using AI tools to support learning is highly valued
