Admissions Manager (Fully Remote)

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS) is an international education group with a network of 30 institutions and around 122,000 students worldwide. It is hiring an Admissions Manager to lead InUni's admissions operations in Poland, managing the student application journey from application through to enrolment. The role covers team performance, application conversion, operational efficiency, student experience and university partner relationships. The position is fully remote, based in Warsaw, Poland, and is offered on a consultancy agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Poland Admissions team, setting targets and driving performance.
• Own the end-to-end admissions process so applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and improve conversion metrics such as application-to-offer and offer-to-enrolment.
• Manage application pipelines, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work with Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing and University Partnerships teams to maximise student conversion.
• Build relationships with university admissions teams and act as the key escalation point for complex cases.
• Ensure admissions processes meet university requirements and regulatory standards.
• Use CRM and performance data to identify trends, improve processes and support decisions.
• Produce regular admissions performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Coach and develop the admissions team and identify improvements to processes, systems and the student journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in international student admissions, student recruitment, higher education or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of the international student application and admissions journey.
• Fluent English and Polish; experience with the Polish higher education market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing KPIs and conversion.
• Experience using CRM/admissions systems and analysing pipeline data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
