Senior Specialist, Technical Training (German)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions and onboarding activities to support employee readiness and a positive learner experience.
• Manage LMS activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates.
• Review, approve, and execute training‑related quality system tasks, keeping documentation audit‑ready.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and KPIs for decision‑making and compliance monitoring.
• Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections, providing records and evidence of qualification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or LMS support.
• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level) – written and spoken.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Annual salary range: 123,200 – 205,400 PLN.
