Junior Operations Specialist in Customer Support (Arabic and French)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual problem‑solver to help air passengers worldwide with delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights. Join our global Operations Team and make a difference for travelers while leveraging our proprietary AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the claim‑handling process, including assessing claims, answering queries and communicating via email, chat and social media.
• Apply legal knowledge (training provided) to advise and support air travelers with delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Arabic and French (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts covering morning, evening and night schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and provide exceptional customer service.
